The Income Portfolio, or I-Portfolio, caters to the conservative investor who is looking for an entry into securities without direct exposure to the equity markets. This custom-made, diversified portfolio of fixed income securities provides a steady income stream to investors in order cover their cash flow needs.
The Income Portfolio primarily holds preferred stock, municipal bonds, U.S. Treasury securities, Government Agency securities and corporate debt. Securities are evaluated and selected based upon Vision Advisor's interest rate assumptions, the yield curve, credit risk and a number of macro-economic variables that may affect the relative performance of the specific investments.
